Call for Plenary and Keynote Speakers

On behalf of the International Scientific Programming Committee (ISPC) it is our pleasure to announce the 38th Congress of the International Union of Physiological Sciences (IUPS-2017). This will be a historical meeting of physiologists from all over the world in the beautiful city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The Brazilian Society of Physiology (SBFis) is the official host of the Congress, which will take place in the Riocentro Convention Center in the period from August 1 to August 5, 2017. The theme for the 38th Congress of IUPS is “Rhythms of Life”.

At this time the ISPC of the IUPS-2017 Congress wishes to invite you to submit proposals for speakers for the Plenary and Keynotes Lectures. The call for proposals for Symposia and Workshops will be issued in the second half of 2015. All proposals related to Plenary and Keynotes Speakers will be evaluated by the members of the ISPC, which consists of 13 physiologists representing SBFis and 13 physiologists representing IUPS. All proposals must be submitted through the Congress website (www.iups2017.com) in the period from March 2, 2015 to May 15, 2015. The selected Plenary and Keynotes Speakers will be announced in the second half of 2015, just after the meeting of the ISPC in Brazil on July 31st and August 1st.

We wish to remind you that the topic of the speaker should fall within the theme of a Congress of Physiological Sciences.
